The Lady Indians JV basketball team split their 2 games in the West Chester University JV Tournament over the holidays. Unionville beat Lower Merion 21-17 in the first game, led by Olivia Cresta and Anna Iacocca, who each scored 7 points. The second game saw the UHS JVs fall to an experienced Central Bucks East team, 38-15. Sam Ciccarelli and Kathie Heldt each scored 4 points in the loss. The girls' next game is against Downingtown West on Tuesday evening, January 3, at Unionville.

The girls JV basketball team followed up Wednesday's win with a very balanced attack on Thursday night as they defeated Sun Valley, 38-19. While every Unionville player scored, the team was led by Olivia Cresta and Same Ciccarelli, who each had 8 points. The JV girls play their next home game on Tuesday, January 3 vs. Downingtown West.

The girls JV basketball team got it's season off to a great start Wednesday night by defeating Cheltenham High School 43-18. Sam Ciccarelli led the way with 15 points and 4 steals. Erin Towler added 6 points and 8 rebounds. The girls' next game is Thursday night at Sun Valley.
