Unionville Girls Soccer Update

#4 seed Unionville took on #13 West Chester Rustin last night in the 2^nd round of District One soccer playoffs.  After a sluggish start, Unionville touched the back of the net with an Erin Garvey pass to Veronica Hineman goal to open up the scoring.  Unionville was far from done.  Alex Wilson blistered a corner kick to get Veronica her second goal of the game.  Not be outdone, Claire Matson hits a laser passed the Rustin goalie to make it 3-0 game.  The defense played another fantastic game keeping the Rustin offense silent and earning their 15^th shutout for the season.  Unionville takes their 17-2 record into the District Quarterfinals against Neshaminy on Saturday at UHS stadium.  Keep checking your Twitter account for updates on the time of the game.
