The 9th grade baseball team improved to 7-1 after a 7-6 walk-off victory over Bishop Shanahan. Zach Gaza pitched 4 innings on the mound, allowing 3 hits, 0 earned runs, and 3 strikeouts. Scott Hansen got the win on the mound after pitching the final 3 innings, allowing 0 earned runs and striking out 6 batters. The offense was led by Jack Regenye (2-4 with 2 stolen bases, 2 runs scored, and 1 RBI), Zach Gaza (2-3 with a double and 2 RBI), and Stevie Thomas (1-3 with a walk and the walk-off RBI single). Our next game is Tuesday at home versus Sun Valley.
